Arroz a banda, translates to “plenty of rice”. This dish is cooked in a deep textured fish stock and is layered with calamari and shrimp. The true champion here is the rice and saffron flavours. This simple dish is hearty and delicious. Great for those not too keen on playing with shells. Great dish for eating on the go. Served with a tasty chilli sauce.
