Another Tapas dish that can find its origins during the Moorish invasion of Spain. This dish spreads out to Spain and Portugal and many Spanish speaking countries around the world. We try and keep it traditional and like all tapas doing it well means lots of time and effort. The Empanada is one of our favourites.
