Arroz Negra

This dish is a bit of a rarity, we don’t often cook this but when we do there is an explosion of seafood flavours. We cook a lovely Seafood Paella but the twist is we add a lovely squid ink infusion. This transforms the dish into a dark rich colour, with an abundance of seafood flavour. This is a true seafood lovers delight, a delicacy not provided by many.
